Talon is able to provide
comprehensive training on all the products and solutions we sell
whether or not your company originally bought the product from
us.
Our aim is to ensure that users
fully understand how to use their software and how to make the best
use of its functionality for their particular situation. This
approach can be especially useful for our financial products and
where applicable the training will be provided by a Talon staff
member who has an accountancy background. Users can therefore be
confident that they understand the software both functionally and
financially.
All training we supply is
tailored to a client's needs - from one-to-one to classroom based
as well as, where required, more of a 'train the trainer' approach.
Depending on the nature of the training it can betaken both at
on-site or at Talon's offices.
Clients who have a scheduled support
or scheduled support
plus plan with us can use their support hours for
training.
