Sage 50 Payroll Annual Licence Plans

Sage 50 Payroll annual licence plan is for smaller organisations, of up to 25 employees, who want to take their payroll inhouse. As the name suggest companies pay an annual fee for the use of the software.

 

The software itself is easy to install, set up and use and comes with all the options you would expect from up-to-date software package.

 

  - Automatic calculation of tax, national insurance and statutory apayments.

  - Fully compliant with legislation

  - Pay employees and HMRC electronically

  - Print or email payslips

  - All employee information is in one place

  - Record and keep track of employee's holiday entitlements and absences

 

You can choose between three different solutions - Explore, Exchange and Extra - which differ in the amount of support available.

 

Explore - £200 per annum

Choose the Exlore option if you are used to using payroll software, only need the latest legistlation and are happy just using online support.

 

Exchange - £250 per annum

Running the payroll is not your main job so you need more support, both online and at the end of the phone.

 

Extra - £400 per annum

With Extra you get priority telephone support and Sage wil connect to your PC to help with any issues that arise.  Choose this option if you're not used to running payroll.
