Which Version of ACT! Do I Need?
Sage ACT! 2012 comes in two different
versions, Pro and Premium. So before you go ahead and buy the
software you need to consider which version would be most
suitable.
- Up to ten users
If you think
that at any point you will need more than ten users always buy
the Premium
version
- Any number of users
- ACT! Premium for Web is
included at no extra cost, so users can access the
database
remotely
- Access to records can be
limited to certain users or teams
- Access to fields can be
limited to certain users or teams
- A resource list can be
created and their use scheduled. For example you could
add meeting rooms
and audio visual equipment as resources.
- An availability
tab lets you quickly check if users and resources are
free. Helps
with scheduling of
group activities.
