Which Version of ACT! Do I Need?

Sage ACT! 2012 comes in two different versions, Pro and Premium. So before you go ahead and buy the software you need to consider which version would be most suitable.

 

Sage ACT! 2012 Pro

  - Up to ten users

     If you think that at any point you will need more than ten users always buy

     the Premium version

 

Sage ACT! 2012 Premium

  - Any number of users

  - ACT! Premium for Web is included at no extra cost, so users can access the

    database remotely

  - Access to records can be limited to certain users or teams

  - Access to fields can be limited to certain users or teams

  - A resource list can be created and their use scheduled. For example you could

    add meeting rooms and audio visual equipment as resources.

  - An availability tab lets you quickly check if users and resources are free.  Helps

    with scheduling of group activities.
