Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 is now available

Microsoft have just launched the
latest version of their customer relationship management software -
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. The new version is available
both as an on-premise and a cloud based solution,
Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. There is currently 30
day free trial available for the cloud based solution and
cheaper pricing until June 2011.
Microsoft CRM combines sales,
marketing and services modules with outstanding business
intelligence functionality giving companies a connected,
collaborative and integrated organisation.
