Ad-Hoc Support
When it comes to IT support not all
companies can or want to commit to a monthly plan so instead we
offer them our ad-hoc support service.
The idea is that if you sign up for
this service you will only pay for the work that has been
done. If you don't use the service you won't get charged.
- To get started we
will take an audit of your current IT setup
- Once completed you can
then start using our service
- There is no minimum monthly
spend
- For telephone support we
have minimum billing period of fifteen minutes
- If an on-site visit is
needed there is a minimum billing period of one hour
Ad-hoc support give you full access to
expert IT knowledge when you need it. Giving you peace of mind that
your IT issues will get dealt with leaving you to concentrate on
your business.
